Core Crisis Final Fantasy VII Good Bye Zack

I just defeated Core Crisis Final Fantasy VII, it has the ending that I knew was going to happen, but despite that I found it a little depressing. The final boss was actually easier then I had expected him to be, I am actually regretting not putting the game on Hard. The combat system is another thing, it has Zack running, dodging, and blocking in the middle of battle. I am guessing they are doing something similar with Final Fantasy XIII. The one thing I never got the hang of is the DMC I really don't understand how it works or how to get it to work but when it happens I usually get all three faces.

I also love the voice acting in it, mostly they replaced that horrible voice of Aerith from Advent Children and gave her a better voice actress. That really made the experience better for me alone. The game itself can actually be pretty short if you stick to story without doing any side quests. I wanted to do all the side quests only to find out there is over 300. I like side quest I think they are a good way to waste time, some of them were even fun. But I am not doing over 300 same quests over and over again. It's mostly either fight a boss at the beginning or go around to whole bunch of areas to find a boss. Fight boss and either get a cut scene or don't that's pretty much it.

There are some familiar faces you see in the game of coarse there is the Turks Tseng, Reno and Rude. Sadly Reno and Rude only make two appearances in the game. As well as one of the newer Turks Cissnei, I am still trying to figure out what happened to her so she doesn't appear in Final Fantasy VII. Then there is Sephiroth with his nicer side before he turns evil. Dr. Hojo who is still an ass. Aerith of coarse plays a large part in the game, it also explains where she gets her ribbon from and how her flower buisness got started. At the beginning you meet Yuffie and she sends you emails to do quests for her. There is also Tifa. Don't have much to say there. As well as Zacks good friend Cloud, the game shows how Zack and Cloud first met. Even how Cloud got his SOLDIER uniform despite not being a SOLDIER. The only thing I didn't see is how Aerith finds her Holy Materia. In the game she didn't have it tied up in her hair, I was hoping for some kind of explination.

It is a game I actually enjoyed playing I loved the music, voice acting, cut scenes and some of the humour that was in the game, not something I probably will play again they were misssing things I wished they put in the game such as puzzles and maybe a decent boss fight.
